How much does the Wholesale Buyer's Club membership cost?   

True Glory’s Wholesale Buyer’s Club membership is $19.99 per month plus a one-time initiation fee of $49.99.


Does the Buyer's Club Program come with a website?


Unfortunately, setting up websites is not a feature that is a part of the Buyer's Club program and will have to be done separately. However, once you join, one of our marketing experts can provide recommendations and assistance on how to set one up to use for dropshipping.

How much is the buyer’s club discount?


To see the pricing for each product, download the full pricing guide here. There is no minimum purchase requirement.


Do I have to use the dropshipping feature?


No, the dropshipping feature is optional. Many members join the program to take advantage of wholesale pricing and keep inventory on-hand.


How can I cancel my membership?  


To cancel your Buyer’s Club membership, get in touch with our customer service team at (470)-372-1597 available from 10 am to 5 pm EST Monday through Friday. Unfortunately, initiation fees and past monthly subscription fees cannot be refunded.  

 

Shipping & Delivery


How does dropshipping work?


With our dropshipping option, you don’t have to worry about inventory management or shipping. Simply place an order in the buyer’s club portal, check out using the dropshipping option, and we will have the orders sent directly to your customers as if it was being sent directly from you. For an additional fee, you can customize your order with your personal logo at checkout.


How long does it take to receive my order?


Our standard processing time (not including shipping time)  for orders is 1 to 3 business days. Orders shipped with overnight shipping are processed and shipped within 1 business day. If the order is placed before 9 am EST, the order will ship the same day and arrive the following business day. If the order is placed after 9 am EST, the order will ship the next business day and arrive 2 business days after your order is placed.


We also offer a same-day pickup option at our distribution center in Georgia if the order is placed before 9:00 am EST. Orders cannot be picked up at any of the True Glory retail stores.


All orders are delivered on business days, Monday through Friday. Orders are not delivered on weekends.


We are not liable for packages that are sent to the wrong address when the address information is entered incorrectly.


How much does shipping cost?


Standard shipping is free for orders under $500.
Standard shipping with signature delivery confirmation is $7.
Overnight shipping is $35. It includes signature delivery confirmation.


When will I receive my tracking number?


You will receive a shipment confirmation email and tracking number within 24-48 hours of your order being processed.

My tracking says delivered, but I haven’t received my package – what do I do?
We recommend checking with your neighbors to see if it was accidentally delivered somewhere nearby. You can also contact the carrier directly to verify that they no longer have the package. The phone number for FedEx is 1-800-Go-FedEx. The phone number for USPS is 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). If your shipment can't be located, please contact us for assistance.

We are not liable for packages that are sent to the wrong address when the address information is entered incorrectly.


Do you ship to P.O. boxes?


We only ship to P.O. boxes when using standard shipping. If you are using express or signature required shipping, you must enter a valid residence, company or hotel address for a successful delivery.


Returns and Exchange Policy


What is the buyer’s club return and exchange policy?


We have a 15-Day Quality Guarantee. If you aren’t happy with your Wholesale Buyer's Club purchase send us an email to buyersclub@truegloryhair.com. We will accept the items for a no-hassle refund or exchange within 15 days of delivery. Refunds are provided only for hair extensions that have not been worn, unwrapped otherwise tampered and are returned within fifteen (15) days of the date that you receive your order.   

How to request a return or exchange?


Send us an email to buyersclub@truegloryhair.com. You must contact us prior to sending your return so we can provide your free return shipping label. Requests for refunds on merchandise returned without contacting us will not be honored.

 

Payments

What types of payment do you accept?


Orders must be paid using PayPal checkout

Why is my transaction not going through?


If you are having difficulty checking out using PayPal. Please contact PayPal's customer service team.

Some transactions may also be held for further verification by our Risk Review team to ensure the protection of our customers.


Why did Customer Care email me to verify my order?


Orders over $1000 may require additional verification prior to shipping. Our Customer Care team will contact you if this is required for your order.

Can I use a True Glory promo code on the Wholesale Buyer's Club website?

No, because the Buyer's Club membership already gives you access to wholesale prices, you cannot add additional promo codes.
